We are looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can combine strong visual design skills with engaging video editing capabilities to create high-performing content for digital platforms.

Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer & Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and engaging video content for social media, digital advertising, branding, and marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, social media trends, motion graphics, and content formats that drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality social media creatives, carousels, banners, ad creatives, and marketing materials.
• Create branding assets, presentations, pitch decks, and promotional materials.
• Ensure visual consistency across all client and internal brand communications.
• Collaborate with content writers and social media strategists to develop creative concepts.
• Edit reels, shorts, YouTube videos, promotional videos, and ad creatives.
• Add transitions, motion graphics, text animations, sound effects, and visual enhancements.
• Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form videos.
• Optimize videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
• Contribute creative concepts for campaigns, reels, and ad creatives.
• Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and platform best practices.
• Work closely with the performance marketing team to create conversion-focused ad creatives.
• Utilize AI tools to improve creative workflows, content ideation, video editing, and design productivity.
• Explore new creative tools and technologies to enhance output quality and efficiency.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design and/or video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of After Effects, CapCut, or similar motion graphics tools.
• Strong understanding of social media content formats and trends.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Prefered Skills

• Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
• Basic understanding of social media marketing and ad creatives.
• Experience creating content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta Ads.
