Role Description

We are looking for Graphic Designers with 1-2 years of experience to be based out of our office in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate is someone with a flair for designing eye-catching visuals that communicate concepts and information in a compelling manner. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked on a wide range of creative formats, brands, sectors, and challenges.

This is an in-office role (5 days a week). Early applicants and immediate joiners will be given preference.

Responsibilities

• Study design briefs, determine requirements and independently conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Design a range of visuals brand identity, brochures, flyers, websites, landing pages, social media posts, case studies, e-books, presentations, facility branding, event branding, infographics, etc.
• Schedule projects and work closely with the leadership, content and client teams to close deliverables on time
• Collaborate with other designers in the team, brainstorm and co-create great work we can be proud of

Skill Sets/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in graphic design, fine arts or communication design)
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design
• Mastery over Photoshop & Illustrator
• Understanding of latest design trends, technologies and tools
• Ability to create high-impact visuals for both digital and print media
• Prior experience in working with creative teams and collaborating across functions
• Functional or better written and spoken communication skills in English

Additional Skills (preferable)

• Illustration/Digital art
• Multimedia design software (Acrobat, etc.)
• Movie-making basics (Premier Pro, After Effects)
