Graphic Designer

We are looking for a detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating accurate, production-ready artwork and coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality output.

Required Skills & Tools

Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, added bonus - Adobe Photoshop Strong understanding of print production processes and signage materials - not mandatorybut is a bonus.

Attention to detail and accuracy in file preparation

Good communication and coordination skills (English + any south Indian language)

Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently

Key Responsibilities

1. Artwork Creation & File Management

Create and modify artwork as per client specifications and briefs

Design and revise artwork in coordination with clients

Prepare production-ready files with proper formats, dimensions, and colour settings

2. Design Quality & Consistency

Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and client expectations

Maintain consistency across signage and print materials

Verify that all artwork matches technical and production specifications

3. Job Tracking & Coordination

Track job progress using internal systems

Coordinate with project manager and coordinator, production, and finishing teams

Ensure smooth handover of completed jobs for invoicing and delivery

4. Quality Assurance & Error Minimisation

Perform thorough quality checks before and after production

Compare digital designs with physical output for accuracy

Maintain high production standards and initiate reprints if required

Proactively identify and minimize design and production errors
