Position: Graphic Designer
Location: WebWeaver Labs, Pune
Type: Full-Time | Paid | Work From Office
About the Role
WebWeaver Labs is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our team. We're looking for someone with a strong visual sense, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt to different styles and creative requirements.
This role is ideal for freshers who want hands-on experience working on digital content, branding, social media creatives, and marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design creatives for social media, branding, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms
- Work closely with the content, marketing, and video teams to bring ideas to life
- Create visually engaging graphics aligned with brand identity and campaign goals
- Adapt to different design styles and project requirements
- Stay updated with current design trends and creative practices
- Manage multiple design tasks while maintaining quality and attention to detail
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Creative mindset with strong visual thinking skills
- Flexible and willing to work on different design software/tools as per project
requirements
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles, typography, layouts, and color
theory
- Ability to take feedback positively and improve designs accordingly Good communication and teamwork skills
Educational Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field
Tools & Software
Candidates should have basic familiarity with any of the following tools:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva
- Figma
- Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects (basic knowledge is a plus)
