About the Role

WebWeaver Labs is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our team. We're looking for someone with a strong visual sense, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt to different styles and creative requirements.

This role is ideal for freshers who want hands-on experience working on digital content, branding, social media creatives, and marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design creatives for social media, branding, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms
• Work closely with the content, marketing, and video teams to bring ideas to life
• Create visually engaging graphics aligned with brand identity and campaign goals
• Adapt to different design styles and project requirements
• Stay updated with current design trends and creative practices
• Manage multiple design tasks while maintaining quality and attention to detail

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Creative mindset with strong visual thinking skills
• Flexible and willing to work on different design software/tools as per project

requirements

• Basic understanding of graphic design principles, typography, layouts, and color

theory

• Ability to take feedback positively and improve designs accordingly Good communication and teamwork skills 

Educational Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field

Tools & Software

Candidates should have basic familiarity with any of the following tools:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Canva
• Figma
• Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects (basic knowledge is a plus)
