Graphic Designer

We're looking for a serious graphic designer who can create high-quality social media creatives and convert ideas into scroll-stopping visuals.

This is not a make random posts role.

This is for someone who understands branding, consistency, and execution at scale.

• Design social media creatives:
• Instagram posts
• Story creatives
• Ad creatives
• Campaign visuals
• Convert raw ideas / references into strong visualsGiven a direction you should execute without confusion
• Strong understanding of composition and visual storytelling
• Create AI-generated images (Midjourney / Gemini / etc.)Generate refine convert into final usable creatives
• Maintain brand consistency across all postsColors, fonts, spacing, tone everything aligned
• Work on content-based creativesNot just design understand what the post is trying to say
• Verify designs using ChatGPT / AI toolsImprove copy placement
• Check clarity, logic, and visual impact

• Output matters more than hours
• You'll be expected to deliver consistent volume with quality

• Strong command over:
• Photoshop (must)
• Illustrator (preferred)
• Strong understanding of:
• Social media design trends
• Layout, typography, and spacing
• Ad creatives that actually perform
• Ability to:
• Create multiple high-quality creatives daily
• Handle bulk work without quality drop
• Maintain speed + consistency
• AI Skills:
• Midjourney / Gemini / other tools
• Ability to generate realistic, usable visuals (not gimmicky AI)
