Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Jaipur for a highly creative, execution-focused, and performance-driven professional who can elevate our brand's digital presence across social media and website platforms.
We are not looking for basic designers. We need someone who understands design psychology, conversion-focused creatives, UI/UX strategy, and content that sells.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Design (Performance-Oriented)
Design high-converting creatives for Instagram & Facebook (posts, reels covers, carousels, ad banners)
Create scroll-stopping visuals aligned with luxury branding
Maintain consistency with brand identity across all platforms
2. Paid Ads Creatives (Conversion Focused)
Design and iterate ad creatives for lead generation campaigns
Perform A/B testing with different hooks, layouts, and messaging
Understand buyer psychology and real estate audience behavior
3. Website Design & Content (Critical Responsibility)
Design high-end website elements (hero banners, landing pages, pricing tables, UI sections)
Improve UI/UX to increase engagement and conversion rates
Write or optimize SEO-driven website content (headlines, CTAs, landing pages)
4. Brand & Visual Strategy
Ensure premium and luxury positioning in every creative output
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for campaign alignment
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (B.Des / BCA / BBA or relevant field)
Minimum 2+ years of proven experience (Real Estate / High-Ticket Industry preferred)
Strong command over tools: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma
Working knowledge of Generative AI tools (Midjourney, DALLE, ChatGPT, etc.)
Solid understanding of UI/UX principles + SEO-based content structuring
Strict Requirements (Read Carefully Before Applying)
Portfolio showcasing real client work (not just practice designs)
Experience in performance marketing creatives (ads) is mandatory
Ability to design luxury/premium brand aesthetics
Strong understanding of conversion-focused design (not just aesthetics)
Must be able to work under deadlines and deliver consistently
