Role Summary
We are hiring a new-age Graphic Designer who combines creativity, speed, and AI tools to produce high-performing social media and e-commerce creatives at scale. This role goes beyond traditional design — it requires trend awareness, content thinking, and the ability to execute across multiple formats, including Amazon listings, social media, website assets, and print-ready designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media & Viral Content Creation
- Design daily social media creatives (posts, carousels, reels cover, stories)
- Build and maintain creatives for the monthly social media calendar
- Create trend-based, viral-ready visuals aligned with platform behaviour
- Develop WhatsApp creatives for campaigns and engagement
- Work on occasion-based creatives (Diwali, New Year, campaigns)
- E-commerce & Amazon Creatives
- Design Amazon A+ listings (7 creatives per product)
- Create additional listing creatives (8 per product/page)
- Design Amazon banners & product mock-ups
- Work on listing titles, bundles, and visual storytelling
- Optimize creatives for conversion (CTR, engagement, readability)
- Website & Digital Assets
- Design website banners and landing page sections
- Create emailers and performance marketing creatives
- Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Print & Brand Collateral
- Design pamphlets, 1-pagers, presentations
- Create book title designs (publishing domain)
- Design certificates, invites, notices, and corporate greetings
- Prepare print-ready files (high accuracy required)
- Support exhibitions, plant signage, merchandise/collaterals
- AI-Driven Design Execution
- Use AI tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, Gemini, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, and task-related tools for optimisation
- Speed up ideation, variations, and production
- Experiment with new formats, styles, and automation workflows
Required Skills
- Strong command of:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Canva After Effects / Premiere Pro (basic to intermediate)
- Deep understanding of:
- Social media trends & visual psychology
- E-commerce design principles (especially Amazon)
- Typography, layout, and color systems
- Ability to:
- Handle high-volume design output
- Deliver fast turnarounds without quality compromise
- Switch between digital + print formats seamlessly
Experience Required
Ideal Range: 3–5 Years
But More Important Than Years
- Proven experience in social media content + e-commerce creatives
- Strong portfolio showing:
- Amazon listings/product creatives
- Instagram / LinkedIn content
- Ad creatives/banners
- Experience in education, publishing, D2C, or product-based companies is a strong plus
