Hiring: Graphic Designer & Visual Content Creator (Travel & Music Festivals)

Location: Gurugram (On-site)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative, fast-moving, and accountable Graphic Designer who can own end-to-end visual communication across marketing, sales, and product. This is a high-impact role where your designs will directly influence lead generation, brand perception, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Creatives

  • Design high-quality creatives for Instagram posts, stories, and carousels
  • Work on festival-style, high-energy, premium content
  • Maintain strong visual consistency with brand identity

2. Sales & Product PDFs

  • Design quotation PDFs and product decks for:
  • Tomorrowland
  • Ultra Music Festival
  • Europe / USA / Australia tours
  • Ensure PDFs are visually premium, structured, and conversion-focused

3. Ad Creatives (Performance Marketing)

  • Create high-converting ad creatives (static + motion)
  • Work closely with the marketing team for fast turnaround formats (9:16, 4:5, etc.)

4. Website Visuals

  • Design banners, landing page creatives, and visual assets for the website

5. Video Editing (Bonus but Preferred)

  • Edit short-form videos/reels for Instagram & ads
  • Understanding of hooks, pacing, and viral formats is a big plus

6. Content Support

  • Assist in shooting content (photos/videos) during office shoots or travel projects when required
What We're Looking For
  • 1–3+ years of experience in graphic design / creative roles
  • Strong command over Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, After Effects / Premiere Pro (optional)
  • Understanding of Instagram content + ad creatives
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and responsiveness
  • Eye for premium aesthetics, typography, and layout
Bonus Points If You:
  • Love music festivals, travel, nightlife, or luxury experiences
  • Have worked on D2C / travel / lifestyle brands
  • Understand performance marketing creatives
