Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating innovative visual designs to support the company's branding, marketing, sales, and digital campaigns. The role requires experience in designing marketing collaterals for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects while ensuring brand consistency across all communication platforms.Key

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality creatives for digital campaigns, social media, websites, email and performance marketing.
• Create premium real estate marketing creatives for digital and print campaigns.
• Develop content-based graphics and basic promotional videos for marketing campaigns.
• Develop visually appealing property promotion creatives focused on lead generation and investor engagement.
• Deliver high-quality designs with strong attention to layout, typography, color, and branding.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and AI-powered creative tools.

Required Skills & Tools

• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer & Social Media handling.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Working knowledge of Canva for designing marketing creatives and collaborative projects.
• Good understanding of real estate marketing creatives, advertising design, and premium brand communication.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Gemini, Nano Banana, VEO, and similar platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe after Effects, motion graphics, or video editing will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, composition, visual hierarchy, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create high-quality creatives for both digital and print marketing campaigns.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A strong portfolio showcasing professional design work, preferably in the real estate, luxury, or premium branding industry.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 5-8 years of professional graphic design experience in Real Estate Industry
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, campaign creatives, and marketing collateral.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced marketing environment
