Viral Bug is a performance-driven digital marketing agency transitioning from branding-only work to growth and conversion-focused marketing. We design creatives that are meant to stop the scroll and generate action, not just look good.
We are looking for an aesthetic, performance-oriented graphic designer who understands how design directly impacts ad results.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design high-converting creatives for:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Display / YouTube thumbnails
- Create multiple creative variations for A/B testing
- Translate ad copy and hooks into visual concepts
- Work closely with performance marketers to improve CTR and CPL
- Adapt designs based on performance feedback
- Maintain clean, consistent visual standards across brands
Mandatory Requirements
- 1-3 years of hands-on graphic design experience
- Strong proficiency in:
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Canva (advanced usage)
- Clear understanding of:
- Visual hierarchy
- Typography
- Contrast and color psychology
- Experience designing ads, not just social media posts
- Ability to iterate fast based on feedback and performance data
Good to Have
- Experience designing creatives for:
- Lead generation campaigns
- Local Indian businesses (real estate, healthcare, retail, services)
- Understanding of:
- Hooks
- Offers
- Call-to-action placement
- Basic knowledge of video creatives / reels (not mandatory)
What This Role Is NOT limited to
- a posting or scheduling role
- branding-only designer role
- An illustration-heavy or art-only role

Compensation
- 15,000 25,000 per month (based on skill and experience)
