The role
We're looking for a hands-on graphic designer and video editor who understands paid social advertising, not just design in isolation.
This role is focused on creating high-performing ads for social media, primarily Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
You'll work from very short, high-level briefs and are expected to think independently, move fast, and make smart creative decisions without being micromanaged.
If you need extremely detailed instructions to do good work, this role is not for you.
