ROLE OVERVIEW:

Technovate is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our Digital Marketing team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, video storytelling, and the ability to create engaging visual content that aligns with brand objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Graphic Design: Create high-quality graphics for social media, website banners, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
• Video Editing: Edit promotional videos, reels, and motion graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs and videos align with brand guidelines and maintain professional standards.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the content, SEO, and digital marketing teams to bring creative ideas to life.
• Visual Storytelling: Develop engaging visual content that enhances brand awareness and audience engagement.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Video Editing Tools: Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Creative Skills: Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layouts, transitions, and video pacing.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio or showreel showcasing graphic design and video editing projects.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand creative briefs, present ideas clearly, and collaborate effectively with the team.

LOCATION:

Bhubaneswar, Odisha — This is a full-time, work-from-office opportunity.
