Rocktfuel is a bustling digital marketing agency based in Bangalore, India. We work with a diverse portfolio of clients in the F&B, Manufacturing, Fashion, E-commerce & Service Sector. Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join the team.

Job Description:

This role will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content, both static and video, to support our marketing, branding, and communication efforts. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their design and video editing skills, as well as the ability to work on various projects and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

-Design visually appealing graphics, including but not limited to banners, social media posts, infographics, brochures, and advertisements.

-Create engaging video content, including promotional videos, tutorials, product demos, and animations.

-Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative design and video strategies that align with our brand and marketing goals.

-Edit and enhance raw video footage, add effects, transitions, and motion graphics to create compelling videos.

-Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all visual content.

-Keep up-to-date with industry trends, software, and tools to continually improve and innovate the quality of design and video content.

-Assist in managing and organizing digital assets, including image and video libraries.

-Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, including brainstorming, storyboarding, and delivering the final product.

Qualifications:

-A specialized diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Video Production, or a related field.

-Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills.

-Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

-Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

-Knowledge of video production techniques, including shooting, lighting, and sound.

-Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

-Strong communication and collaboration skills.

-Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
