Graphic Designer & Video Editor (Fresher)

We are looking for a fresher who can handle both graphic design and short-form video editing. You will work on marketing content, social media creatives, product visuals, and short videos for ads and brand assets.

This role is hands-on. You will ship real work every week.

Graphic Design

• Create social media posts, banners, thumbnails, and ad creatives
• Design simple landing page visuals and website assets
• Maintain visual consistency across brand content
• Work from briefs and convert ideas into clean designs

Video Editing

• Edit short-form videos for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and ads
• Add subtitles, transitions, basic motion effects, and sound
• Edit talking-head, screen-recording, and reel-style content
• Optimize video formats for different platforms

Basic knowledge of:

• Figma / Photoshop / Canva
• Premiere Pro / CapCut / After Effects (any one is fine)

Understanding of:

• Social media formats and trends
• Reels, Shorts, and ad creatives
• Good visual sense and attention to detail
• Ability to take feedback and iterate fast

• Basic motion graphics
• Experience editing podcast clips or UGC-style videos
• Interest in startups, marketing, and AI tools

• Freshers with 01 year experience
• Design or media students
• Self-taught designers with a strong portfolio
• Anyone serious about building a career in design and video

Portfolio is mandatory.
