Graphic Designer / Video Editor

About the Role

We're looking for a Graphic Designer cum Video Editor who can bring ideas to life through compelling visuals and engaging video content.

You'll work closely with the marketing, content, and events teams to create everything from social media creatives and event branding to reels, promotional videos, presentations, and campaign assets.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Create engaging creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, emailers, and other digital platforms.
• Design event branding assets including banners, standees, backdrops, invitations, speaker cards, sponsor creatives, and promotional material.
• Develop presentations, marketing collaterals, brochures, and other brand assets.
• Maintain visual consistency across all communication and campaigns.
• Translate briefs and ideas into strong visual concepts.

Video Editing

• Edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos, event promos, speaker videos, interviews, and social media content.
• Create engaging edits using transitions, text animations, music, subtitles, effects, and motion graphics.
• Repurpose long-form content into short, platform-friendly videos.
• Edit event and behind-the-scenes footage to create high-impact promotional content.
• Stay updated with current social media trends, formats, editing styles, and visual storytelling techniques.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or equivalent tools.
• Good understanding of typography, composition, colour, branding, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create both static and motion content.
• Strong understanding of social media content and what works across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to take ownership of projects from concept to final output.

Good to Have

• Experience working with events, media, D2C, startups, or marketing teams.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
• Basic understanding of photography/videography.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative and editing tools.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both design and video work.
