Job Description Graphic Designer
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life across all touch points offline & online. The ideal candidate understands how design influences perception, trust, and action. This person will collaborate closely with the digital, offline, and content teams to ensure consistency, elegance, and relevance in every brand asset we produce.
Roles
Brand Design & Visual Identity
- Maintain and evolve the brand's visual language across all materials.
- Ensure brand consistency in typography, layout, color usage, iconography, and visual tone.
- Create design templates and brand kits for internal and external teams.
Digital Design
- Create social media creatives (static, carousel, reels thumbnails, GIFs).
- Design display ads, Google Ads creatives, and LinkedIn banners.
- Develop landing page layouts, emailers, newsletters, and web banners.
- Support influencer campaigns and storytelling with visual. Design brochures, flyers, product cards, posters, tent cards, table-top branding, and POSM.
- Develop branding for vending kiosks, demo setups, mobile vans, stalls, and events.
- Design hoardings, OOH creatives, auto/bus ads, standees, and signage.
- Coordinate with print vendors and production teams to ensure high-quality output.
Event & Packaging Support
- Design backdrops, banners, booth layouts, and product packaging sleeves for events and expos.
- Work closely with the activation team to create experience-enhancing visuals.
Touchpoint Design Thinking
- Understand user journeys and ensure that every visual communication-be it a machine sticker, a WhatsApp invite, or a social media ad-conveys trust, class, and consistency.
- Apply minimalist yet classy design with attention to aesthetics and readability.
Responsibilities
- 34 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in FMCG, F&B, D2C, or branding agencies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and offline design work.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Canva and Figma is a plus.
- Deep understanding of layout, typography, co lor theory, and print production.
- Strong eye for detail, alignment, and high-quality finishes.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver within tight deadlines.
- Open to feedback, iterations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-Have
- Motion graphics or basic video editing (After Effects or Premiere Pro)
- Experience in designing for vending machines, packaging, or product UI/UX.
- Exposure to design systems, component libraries, or web design (basic knowledge).
