Role Description

• The Graphic Designer & Video Editor will be responsible for creating visual and multimedia assets that align with BASI Pilates® India's brand identity and global standards.
• Day-to-day tasks include designing marketing collaterals, social media creatives, promotional materials, and digital assets for campaigns and events, as well as editing video content for online platforms, workshops, and studio promotions.
• The role involves collaborating with marketing and studio teams to conceptualize and execute visual storytelling, maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints, and adapting global brand guidelines for the Indian audience.
• This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, requiring regular coordination with local and global stakeholders.
• Qualifications
• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create compelling visual content for print and digital platforms.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and refine brand-aligned identities and campaign visuals.
• Proficiency in Typography and layout design, ensuring clear, aesthetically pleasing communication across all materials.
• Hands-on expertise with industry-standard design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar).
• Demonstrated experience in video editing, motion graphics, and basic sound design for marketing and educational content.
• Portfolio showcasing design and video work relevant to lifestyle, wellness, fitness, or education sectors is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced studio and marketing environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is an advantage.
