Job Description
About AmberLane
AmberLane is an emerging luxury fragrance house built on the philosophy of slow luxury and timeless aesthetics. We craft signature fragrances designed for everyday luxury, featuring premium ingredients, artisanal wooden caps, and distinctive scents.
We are looking for an agile, aesthetically driven Graphic Designer & Video Editor to collaborate directly with the founder's office to produce high-performing Meta ads, Instagram content, and brand assets.
Role Overview
This is a high-execution, content-led role. You won't be starting from scratch—the founder/brand team will provide clear design references, brand guidelines, product photography, raw footage, and background assets. Your job is to bring these inputs to life by assembling high-converting ad creatives, polished Instagram Reels, carousels, and visual assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Static & Carousel Creatives: Design high-converting ad graphics, product display images, and promotional banners based on provided reference layouts, product shots, and brand copy.
- Video Editing (Reels & Short-Form Ads): Edit raw product videos and lifestyle footage into engaging 15-30 second Reels, TikTok/Instagram shorts, and Meta ad video creatives (adding cuts, transitions, captions, audio syncing, and color grading).
- Ad-Focused Execution: Adapt and iterate on winning visual formats quickly for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) performance marketing campaigns.
- Asset Assembly: Work seamlessly with supplied raw images, background cutouts, PNGs, and creative briefs to produce polished, luxury-aesthetic output efficiently.
- Timely Delivery : Ability to work in a fast paced environment and deliver creatives on deadlines.
What We Are Looking For
- Portfolio Required: A strong portfolio demonstrating prior work in graphic design and short-form video editing (preferably for D2C, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands).
- Software Proficiency:
- Graphics: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva Pro.
- Video Editing: Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong Aesthetic Eye: Sharp sense of layout, color balance, typography, and visual pacing that aligns with a clean, luxury brand identity.
- Speed & Efficiency: Ability to execute quickly when provided with clear references and raw brand data.
