Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer & Video Editor role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The person in this position will design digital assets such as social media creatives, web banners, logos, and brand visuals aligned with client guidelines and campaign objectives. They will edit and produce short-form and long-form video content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital channels, including basic motion graphics and transitions. Daily tasks include collaborating with marketing strategists and content teams to understand briefs, brainstorming creative concepts, and delivering high-quality designs and videos within deadlines. The role also involves maintaining brand consistency across campaigns, preparing files for various formats and platforms, and updating existing assets as needed. The Graphic Designer & Video Editor is expected to stay updated on design and video trends, propose improvements, and contribute to a strong visual identity for clients.
Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Graphic Design, including Graphics and Logo Design for digital and social media assets.
  • Experience with Branding and Typography to create cohesive, visually consistent brand identities.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
  • 1 to 2 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment.
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills and understanding of design principles, color theory, and layout.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing, content, and client-facing teams.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
