What We're Looking For:
Education: A bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or a related fine arts field. Don't worry if your degree isn't in designtechnical training in graphic design can make you a strong contender too!
Experience & Skills:
- A portfolio that dazzles with illustrations and graphic content.
- +2 years of experience as Graphic Designer in tech industry or within marketing team.
- Proven experience creating designs that leave a lasting impression.
- Mastery of design tools like Adobe Creative Suit and Figma. Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is plus.
- Ability to comprehend and illustrate complex technical concepts.
- Experience with ads and digital marketing design is a must!
- A sharp eye for aesthetics and details that makes your work stand out.
- Strong communication skills to bring ideas to life and collaborate effectively.
- An organized, methodical approach to work that ensures deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Experience working with B2B tech companies and an Entrepreneurial mindset is highly preferred.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Dive Into Design Briefs: Understand project requirements and determine how to bring them to life.
- Concept to Creation: Dream up visuals that align with the brief, develop rough drafts, and refine them into stunning designs.
- Create Magic: Craft illustrations, iconography, infographics and campaign visuals.
- Collaborate for Brilliance: Partner with copywriters and the marketing director to deliver polished, impactful designs.
- Test & Perfect: Ensure your graphics look flawless across various media platforms.
- Iterate & Innovate: Take feedback in stride and tweak designs to perfection.
- Stay On-Brand: Deliver visuals that are not just appealing but also align seamlessly with our brand identity.
