Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Marketing Asset Development

• Design a high volume of marketing materials across formats, including email graphics, digital display ads, event collateral, conference signage, presentation decks, and social media assets
• Translate campaign briefs and messaging frameworks into visually compelling, audience-appropriate design solutions
• Maintain consistency and quality across all deliverables, ensuring strict adherence to Veradigm brand guidelines
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across varying timelines and stakeholders with a high degree of ownership
  
  

Digital & Social Media Design

• Produce optimized graphics for digital channels including LinkedIn, email newsletters, paid social, and web landing pages
• Collaborate with demand generation and content teammates to align visual assets with campaign objectives and audience targeting
• Resize and adapt master designs across multiple formats and specifications efficiently
  
  

Event & Presentation Materials

• Design event-specific materials including signage, programs, name badges, stage graphics, printed handouts, and sponsorship assets
• Build and maintain executive presentation decks in PowerPoint and Canva that align with Veradigm brand standards
• Support pre- and post-event digital asset needs, including promotional graphics and recap materials
  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with marketers, content strategists, and communications leads to interpret creative briefs and deliver on intent
• Serve as a collaborative design resource across marketing sub-teams
• Participate in creative reviews, incorporate feedback efficiently, and manage revision cycles proactively
• Communicate clearly on project status, timelines, and any scope or capacity constraints
• Demonstrate strong adaptability by seamlessly pivoting to high-priority initiatives as needed while maintaining consistent quality and momentum across ongoing workstreams, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  
  

File & Asset Management

• Maintain organized, accessible file libraries for templates, completed assets, and brand-approved resources
• Ensure deliverables are exported to correct specifications for each channel or vendor
• Document design templates and usage guidelines to support non-designer teammates using tools such as Canva
  
  

Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with design trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging tools relevant to marketing design
• Identify opportunities to improve design efficiency through templates, systems, and streamlined workflows
• Bring a fresh perspective to every project, consistently delivering new, engaging work that challenges conventions and keeps creative output dynamic and relevant
