Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
Design social media creatives, infographics, carousels, banners, thumbnails and ad creatives
Turn market data and financial concepts into clear, visually engaging graphics
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and marketing material
Create assets for the website, app, email campaigns and presentations
Video Editing
Edit short-form (Reels, Shorts) and long-form (YouTube) videos from start to finish
Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, sound design and colour correction
Repurpose long videos into multiple short, platform-ready clips
Keep up with trends, formats and hooks that drive engagement
AI Video & Content Creation
Produce videos using AI tools for avatars, voiceovers, script-to-video and image generation (e.g., HeyGen, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT)
Build repeatable AI workflows to create market updates, explainers and educational content quickly
Experiment with new AI tools and bring fresh ideas to the content pipeline

Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects (or equivalents such as Canva, Figma, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve)
Hands-on experience with AI content tools for video, voice and image
A portfolio showing design, video editing and AI-generated work
Good sense of layout, typography, colour and storytelling
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet quick turnarounds
Interest in stock markets or finance is a strong plus
Good to Have
Experience creating content for fintech, finance or edtech brands
Basic scriptwriting or copywriting skills
Understanding of social media analytics and what drives views and retention
