We're looking for someone who can make VE look as sharp as the product we're building. Someone who understands B2B marketing aesthetics, moves fast, and never produces anything generic.
What You'll Do
- Design marketing and advertising posters for LinkedIn, Meta, and Google campaigns.
- Develop strong visual concepts that communicate VE's message clearly and memorably.
- Create ad creatives that stop the scroll and drive action, not just look pretty.
- Work closely with the growth marketer and content team to align visuals with campaign goals.
- Maintain and evolve VE's visual brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Deliver production-ready assets quickly and iterate fast based on performance data.
Who You Are
- You have 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech startup environment.
- You are proficient in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- You understand the difference between design that looks good and design that converts.
- You have a strong portfolio of marketing posters, ad creatives, and brand assets.
- You are opinionated about design. You push back on bad briefs and propose better ideas.
- You are fast. You can deliver three creative variations in a day when needed.
