Role Description

We are looking for a passionate Graphic Designer with at least 1 year of experience to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Bengaluru.

This is a 6-days-a-week working role, requiring strong commitment and time management to meet project deadlines.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across both print and digital platforms. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop creative solutions that align with brand objectives while maintaining high design standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design logos, branding materials, and marketing creatives
• Create designs for print (brochures, newsletters, etc.) and digital platforms
• Work with typography and layout to produce visually appealing outputs
• Collaborate with team members to understand client requirements
• Deliver creative concepts with attention to detail and deadlines
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance brand storytelling

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 year of experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in graphic design tools and software
• Strong experience in logo design and branding
• Solid understanding of typography and visual design principles
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• Prior experience in a design agency or creative environment is an advantage
