Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, conceptualize, and deliver visually compelling digital content across platforms, integrating graphics, videos, animations, and AI-generated elements.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to transform ideas and stories into dynamic visual outputs that align with brand and user needs.
- Utilize advanced multimedia and generative AI tools to create, enhance, and automate image, video, or interactive media assets.
- Develop prototypes, infographics, and visualizationsincluding those created using AI-powered platformsto explain educational and technical concepts.
- Oversee multiple multimedia projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with advances in multimedia technology, AI art/video generation, and design trends; recommend and adopt innovative approaches for the team.
- Revise and optimize visual content based on stakeholder feedback and analytics.
Technical Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) for crafting and editing visuals, videos, and motion graphics.
- Skilled with Figma or similar UI prototyping software for mockups and asset design.
- Working knowledge of AI-based visual content creation tools (such as Midjourney, DALL-E, RunwayML, or similar).
- Ability to guide and curate AI art/video generation to support project requirements and maintain visual quality/consistency.
- Experience integrating AI-generated or algorithmically enhanced visual effects.
- Understanding of content formats and optimization standards for web, mobile apps, and social platforms.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and handling multiple deadlines.
- Familiarity with training or fine-tuning simple AI models for custom content (an advantage).
- Capable of experimenting with new AI tools and integrating their output into design pipelines.
- Expert in handling digital asset formats for various platforms, ensuring compatibility and performance..
- Ability to animate graphics in Storyline and Rise 360.
- Ability to use basic gamification elements in modules and develop interactive games with branching storylines and multiple characters.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Knowledge of MS Office and Google office suite.
