Role Summary: 

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2 years of professional experience in graphic design to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong eye for visual composition, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, and skills that span both static and motion design. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging visual content that aligns with our brand and business goals. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media including marketing collateral, presentations, social media, and web content. 

Edit and produce compelling video content for promotional, instructional, and internal purposes. 

Develop visually engaging PowerPoint presentations and Word documents for client as well as the company. 

Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver cohesive visual storytelling. 

Create and maintain design assets, templates, and brand standards. 

Use Figma and Canva to support rapid prototyping, social media content, and collaborative design work. 

Stay current with industry trends and recommend new tools, techniques, and practices. 

Qualifications: 

Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field. 

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, Communication, or a related discipline. 

Strong skills in video editing and motion graphics. 

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word for professional-level reports and presentations. 

Working knowledge of Figma and Canva for UI mockups and quick design needs. 

A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and a keen eye for detail. 

Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. 

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
