Job Overview
Tiger Advertising is looking for a Social Media Designer who can bring fresh energy and creativity to digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, visually driven, and have a good sense of design suited for social media. You'll work closely with our content and strategy teams to create engaging posts, reels, and carousels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
- Work on daily posts, stories, reels, and carousel designs
- Ensure brand consistency across all creatives
- Collaborate with copywriters and content strategists for visual execution
- Assist in adapting creatives for different formats and screen sizes
- Stay updated with trending design aesthetics and platform-specific content styles
- Organize files, design assets, and maintain internal creative folders
- Support with basic motion graphics or video edits if needed
Candidate Profile
- Basic understanding of digital and social media design
- Passion for visual storytelling and brand aesthetics
- Open to feedback and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to experiment with AI-supported design tools
- Good time management and attention to detail
Required Criteria
- Proficiency in Canva is essential
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe Photoshop or Corel Draw is a plus
- Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is an added advantage
- Graduation or design-related certification/course preferred
- Internship or freelance experience in a creative/digital agency is a bonus
