Location: Dehradun (Preferred) | Candidates willing to relocate are welcome

Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality, scroll-stopping thumbnails for YouTube videos (major focus).
- Create engaging graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for social media, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to understand project requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest YouTube and social media design trends.
- Maintain brand consistency while experimenting with fresh creative ideas.
- Handle quick turnaround designs for trending and time-sensitive content.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Thumbnail Designer (portfolio mandatory).
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and aesthetic sense.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Knowledge of YouTube and social media thumbnail trends is highly preferred.
- Basic video editing skills (optional but a plus).
- Location Preference: Candidate based in Dehradun or willing to relocate.
- Must be available for full-time on-site work (no freelance applications).
