Graphic Designer

We're looking for a Mid–Senior Graphic Designer to shape how Thought and Found and our clients work look and feel. This isn't a production-only role. It combines concept, craft, and ownership, working closely with our Founder and design team from first idea to final delivery.

Mumbai | Full-time | Thought and Found

-Office timing: 9:30 to 6:30

-Working days: Monday to Friday in office, Saturday work from home

Key Responsibilities

-Develop concepts and visual direction for brands, products, and campaigns

-Design brand identities, logos, and visual guidelines

-Create print collateral, packaging, catalogues, and brochures

-Design client presentations, pitch decks, and product visualisation layouts

-Produce digital and social media creatives

-Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printers and vendors

-Take full ownership of projects from brief to delivery, including timelines and revisions

-Guide junior designers and maintain quality across the studio's output

What We're Looking For

-Experience: 4–7 years in graphic design (studio or agency experience preferred)

-Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or equivalent

Skills:

-A strong portfolio showing concept thinking and craft (non-negotiable)

-Expert in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

-Strong command of typography, layout, colour, and grids

-Knowledge of print production, paper, and finishes

-Figma, After Effects, or KeyShot are an advantage

Personal Qualities:

-Curious, self-driven, and able to take ownership

-Detail-oriented with a strong eye for quality

-Comfortable presenting ideas and taking feedback

-Organised and able to manage multiple projects at once
