About The Role
We are looking for a
Graphic Designer who can bring bold ideas and strong visual execution to our digital ad campaigns. You will focus on crafting creatives that not only look stunning but also drive measurable results across Meta and Google Ads platforms. This is a hands-on design role with significant scope for experimentation, creativity, and direct impact on marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design ad creatives across multiple formats (single images, carousels, banners, video snippets) for Meta and Google Ads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into compelling visuals.
- Conduct rapid creative iterations for A/B testing based on data insights.
- Balance brand consistency with innovation to ensure fresh, impactful designs.
- Maintain a creative library of templates and assets for faster campaign execution.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables optimized for different ad placements and devices.
- Monitor creative performance with marketers and adapt design strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of professional design experience with a focus on ad creatives.
- Advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma; knowledge of motion graphics is a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising design principles (click-through rate optimization, visual hierarchy, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to design for conversion without compromising on aesthetics.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Portfolio demonstrating ad creatives, digital campaigns, and brand-led visuals.
