Graphic Designer
On-site, Contractual role based in Mohali, Punjab.
Role Description
• Design high-impact creatives for political campaigns
• Create social media posts and campaign materials
• Translate messaging into visually compelling formats
• Maintain brand consistency across all assets
• Deliver creatives under tight deadlines
• Collaborate with content and video teams
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
• Ability to create platform-specific creatives (Instagram, X, YouTube)
• Knowledge of print design formats and specifications
• Preference for candidates skilled in mobile editing tools like PicsArt
• Preference for candidates with experience in AI image generation tools such as MidJourney, DALL·E, and Adobe Firefly

• Election posters (A3, A2 formats)
• Banners and hoardings (large format)
• Pamphlets and flyers
• Candidate profile sheets
• Manifesto booklets
• Booth-level campaign materials
