Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Graphic Designer role based in Chennai, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital including social media graphics, website visuals, packaging, and marketing materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts aligned with the brand's identity, collaborating with marketing and product teams, and translating creative briefs into compelling visual content. The role involves refining and updating logos and brand elements, ensuring consistent use of typography and color palettes, and preparing production-ready files. The Graphic Designer will also contribute ideas to campaigns, maintain design libraries, and stay informed about design trends relevant to wellness and sustainable consumer brands.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for digital media.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding to build and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
• Proficient understanding of Typography and layout principles for clear, engaging communication.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
• Ability to interpret briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling ability, and openness to feedback and collaboration.
• Relevant degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
