Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team with expertise in web design, social media post design, and other digital media design. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a fast-paced environment and have a strong understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography. Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools is essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing designs for web pages, social media posts, digital ads, email templates, and other digital platforms.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand their requirements and produce design solutions that align with their brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that designs are optimized for web and mobile platforms, and can be easily implemented.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software updates to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
- Use feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs and improve user experience.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality designs.
Requirements:
- A degree in graphic design or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in web design, social media post design, and other digital media design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design principles, layout, color theory, and typography.
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
