Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to work across ads, social media, and digital platforms. This role focuses on creating high-quality visual assets for performance marketing and brand communication, with additional exposure to e-commerce platforms and website design.

The primary focus will be on ads and social media creatives, with opportunities to work on packaging for new and upcoming product launches. Experience with UI/UX, 3D modelling and motion graphics is a plus.

What you'll do:

  • Ad & Performance Creatives - Design static, carousel and emailer creatives for paid ads across Meta, Google, and other performance channels.
  • Social Media Design - Design posts, carousels, stories, thumbnails, and campaign creatives for platforms like Instagram and YouTube.
  • Packaging Design - Design packaging for new and exciting product launches, including boxes, sachets, labels, and inserts.
  • E-commerce Design - Design creatives for e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and website landing pages.
  • Collaboration & Execution - Work closely with marketing and content teams to translate briefs into effective visual communication.
  • Brand Quality & Systems - Maintain high standards of typography, layout, colour consistency, and attention to detail. Ensure all assets meet brand and platform requirements.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in graphic design, preferably in digital, D2C, or agency environments.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives, social media design, and brand work (packaging is a plus).
  • Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Design Fundamentals: Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, spacing, and visual storytelling.
  • Performance Mindset: Ability to design for both aesthetics and business outcomes.
  • Attention to Detail: High execution quality and consistency.
  • Work Style: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

Nice to have(plus point):

  • Experience with UI/UX design for websites or landing pages.
  • 3D modelling or rendering experience (Blender, Maya, or similar)
  • Motion graphics or basic animation skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
  • Experience designing for e-commerce or performance-heavy brands.
