Role Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer with a strong branding agency background to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be a versatile designer with expertise in both print and digital media, proficient in industry-standard design software, and capable of translating brand strategies into compelling visual solutions. This role requires someone who can work across diverse projects, from brand identity design to digital campaigns, while maintaining exceptional quality and creativity.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Create innovative and visually compelling design solutions
• Design digital assets including social media graphics, web banners, email templates, and digital advertisements
• Conceptualize and execute print collateral such as brochures, catalogs, posters, flyers, magazines, and corporate presentations
• Perform basic to intermediate video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro and create motion graphics using Adobe After Effects for digital campaigns
• UI/UX design (Preferred)
• Design adaptation into different scales, sizes and platforms
• Client Brief Understanding
• Brand Consistency & Guidelines Adherence

Skills Required

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and/or CorelDraw for vector design, illustration, and logo creation
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop for image editing, photo manipulation, and digital design
• Above avg knowledge of CorelDRAW is mandatory
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro
• Motion graphics and animation capabilities using Adobe After Effects
• Ensure all design work aligns with established brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency across all touchpoints
• Strong creative thinking with ability to develop original design concepts that solve communication challenges
• To be able to give consistent outcome across diverse segments
• Keen aesthetic sensibility with understanding of current design trends while maintaining timeless appeal
• Translate creative briefs and brand strategies into effective visual communication that resonates with target audiences
• Openness to feedback and ability to iterate designs based on client and team input
• Self-motivated with proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning

Additional Skills preferred:

• Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Canva

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional graphic design experience
• At least 3 years of experience working in a branding agency or creative agency environment
• Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree preferred; candidates with equivalent qualifications and strong portfolios will be considered
• MANDATORY: Portfolio submission showcasing minimum 10 past design works demonstrating range and quality across different media and project types
• Knowledge of Print, digital domains
• Strong typography skills
• English comprehension skills compulsory (to be able to take briefs directly from client)
