We're looking for a Graphic Designer who understands visual storytelling, brand consistency, and execution at scalesomeone who can think conceptually and deliver fast in a high-ownership environment.
Role Overview
As a Graphic Designer at SRV Media, you'll work closely with brand, social, performance, and content teams to create visually compelling assets across digital platforms. This role demands a strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and the ability to translate briefs into high-impact creatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design digital creatives for social media, performance ads (Meta, Google, YouTube), websites, landing pages, and campaigns
- Translate brand guidelines into consistent, high-quality visual assets
- Create static creatives, carousels, banners, thumbnails, presentations, and marketing collaterals
- Collaborate with social media managers, performance marketers, copywriters, and account managers
- Work on multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously while meeting tight timelines
- Adapt designs based on performance data, feedback, and A/B testing insights
- Ensure final outputs meet quality, brand, and platform specifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 14 years of experience as a Graphic Designer / Visual Designer (agency experience preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing for digital platforms and paid media
- Ability to handle fast turnarounds without compromising quality
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, and digital design work
Good to Have (Bonus Skills)
- Motion design basics (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Understanding of performance creatives and conversion-driven design
- Experience with Figma or UI design fundamentals
- Exposure to branding, pitch decks, and campaign concepts
- Awareness of design trends in advertising, digital, and social media
