Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to join our on-site team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will create compelling visual concepts for a range of premium packaging products. Your responsibilities will include developing designs for rigid boxes, luxury carry bags, and retail materials, ensuring they align with the client's branding and meet the company's high design standards. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure each project is executed seamlessly, delivering exceptional results every time.

Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for packaging materials, including boxes, labels, and inserts.

2. Design marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners for social media and print media.

3. Develop artwork and key-line designs for product packaging, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and industry standards.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design.

7. Review designs for errors and ensure final deliverables meet quality standards.

8. Coordinate with external vendors and printers to ensure accurate production of designs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design
• Experience in creating key lines and press designs
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw or equivalent software
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in the packaging design industry is a plus
• Strong portfolio of design work showcasing creativity and skill
