Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and create compelling visual content across e-commerce, digital marketing, social media, product communication, and brand touchpoints.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of graphic design, branding, product communication, and digital content, with a sharp eye for typography, colour, composition, visual hierarchy, and product presentation.

You will work closely with the Marketing, Product, E-commerce, and Content teams to translate ideas and products into high-quality visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create product banners, promotional creatives, and campaign assets for Sprig's website and digital channels.
• Develop product and marketplace content for Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Create social media posts, stories, reels covers, carousels, and digital advertising creatives.
• Develop product merchandising images, infographics, comparison charts, and feature-highlight graphics.
• Design visual assets for email campaigns, push notifications, and performance marketing.
• Support packaging, labels, catalogues, brochures, and other brand communication materials.
• Edit and enhance product photography while maintaining accurate colours, textures, and product details.
• Use AI-based creative tools to generate, edit, and improve product visuals where appropriate.
• Adapt designs into multiple sizes and formats for different digital and offline channels.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, E-commerce, and Content teams.
• Maintain Sprig's visual identity and ensure consistency across customer touchpoints.
• Organise and maintain design files, templates, fonts, and brand assets.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality creatives within deadlines.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of Canva and Figma.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong creative and visual sense.
• Experience creating e-commerce product images and digital advertising creatives.
• Good photo-editing, retouching, colour-correction, and image-manipulation skills.
• Ability to work within brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative ideas.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to understand feedback and revise designs efficiently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work.

• AI Image Generation & Editing Tools – Basic to Intermediate

Knowledge of Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Adobe Premiere Pro, or other motion-graphics and AI tools will be an added advantage.

Education

Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Communication Design, or a related field.

Candidates from other educational backgrounds may also be considered based on relevant experience and portfolio strength.
