Graphic / Static Designer (Full-Time, Hybrid)

We're hiring a full-time Static Designer based in Raipur, CG, for a hybrid role. Work can be done from the office or from home, based purely on output and reliability, not hours logged. This role is for someone who can handle static design work independently, understand briefs clearly, deliver on time, and maintain quality without constant supervision.

You'll be creating high-volume static creatives for Meta Ads and social media for international brands, mainly in English, Italian, German, and Dutch markets.

Requirements

• Strong output, able to handle multiple static creatives per day
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Comfortable using Canva when required for fast iterations
• Efficient with Gemini and other AI tools to speed up ideation and variations
• Solid understanding of Meta ad statics, layout, hierarchy, and ad-friendly design
• Comfortable working with German, English, and Dutch text (language knowledge not mandatory, workflows provided)
• Clear English communication for feedback and revisions
• Can follow briefs, references, and brand guidelines without hand-holding
