Job Description

Key responsibilities:

• Design high-converting creatives for:
• > Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• > Google Ads (Display & Performance Max)
• > Website banners & landing pages
• Create eye-catching thumbnails & creatives for reels and short videos
• Design reels & video creatives (frames, overlays, text animations, hooks)
• Work closely with marketing & ads team to produce performance creatives
• Create product-focused designs (USP highlights, benefits, comparisons)
• Must have designed creatives for paid ads, reels / short-form video creatives
• Worked with e-commerce brands or D2C products
• Ability to adapt designs based on conversion performance
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
• Design creatives for: Offers, sales, launches, festivals & promotions
• Optimize creatives based on ad performance data
• Manage design tasks independently and deliver on deadlines
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Graphic Designer (E-commerce preferred)
• Adherence to feedback and revisions.
• UX/UI design for website and mobile app and print material designing such brochure, flyer, stationary, brand stickers etc
