Hiring: Graphic Designer – Art Team

Position Details

• Role: Graphic Designer
• Experience: 2+ Years
• Location: Kalkaji, New Delhi
• Salary: 4 LPA – 6 LPA
• Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred
• Industry Preference: Agency Experience Required

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create engaging creatives for social media, digital campaigns, branding, advertisements, and marketing collaterals
• Work closely with the Art Team, Content Team, and Client Servicing Team to execute creative concepts
• Develop high-quality visual designs aligned with brand guidelines
• Design creatives for reels, performance marketing ads, pitch decks, and campaign assets
• Stay updated with current design trends, social media aesthetics, and visual storytelling techniques
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines efficiently

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a creative or advertising agency
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, branding, and campaign designs
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Basic understanding of motion graphics/video editing will be an added advantage
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment
