About the Role
We're looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. In this role, you will transform ideas into compelling visual designs for digital campaigns and brand communications. You'll work closely with the marketing and content teams to create high-quality, visually engaging assets that maintain consistency across platforms.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design high-quality creative assets for social media, digital campaigns, websites, presentations, and other marketing materials
- Translate briefs and concepts into visually compelling designs that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Collaborate closely with content strategists, client team, marketers, and video editors to develop cohesive and engaging creative concepts
- Create static posts, carousels, infographics, banners, pitch decks, and other visual content as required
- Maintain and evolve brand identities by ensuring visual consistency across all client and internal projects
- Leverage AI design tools to generate images, concepts, mockups, and creative ideas that enhance design efficiency and quality
- Incorporate feedback quickly and efficiently while managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Stay updated on design trends, social media aesthetics, and emerging creative techniques
- Organize and maintain design assets, templates, and source files in shared folders
Experience and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or Applied Arts
- 1-4 years of design expertise, preferably in a digital marketing agency
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy
- Strong attention to nuance, detail, and storytelling through visuals
- Hands-on experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (expert level)
- Comfort with AI design tools and creative tech stacks
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback and collaboration
