About the Role

We are looking for a creative, hands-on Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist who can own our visual identity across channels, create engaging content, produce video assets, and support marketing-led lead generation and growth initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who is both design-driven and growth-minded comfortable moving from Figma/Photoshop to Reels, LinkedIn posts, landing page graphics, and campaign creatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design & Brand Assets

  • Design digital creatives: social media posts, ads, banners, emails, landing page graphics, decks, and PDFs.
  • Maintain and evolve a consistent brand identity (colors, typography, layouts, templates).
  • Create visual assets for product launches, campaigns, and events.

2. Social Media & Content Creation

  • Plan, create, and publish social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Write short-form copy for posts, captions, thumbnails, and basic ad creatives.
  • Maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing and growth objectives.

3. Video Editing & Multimedia

  • Conceptualize and edit short-form videos (reels, shorts, teasers, product explainers, testimonials).
  • Repurpose long-form content (webinars, talks, demos) into snackable clips and highlights.
  • Add basic motion graphics, subtitles, and on-screen elements to increase engagement.

4. Marketing, Lead Generation & Growth

  • Collaborate with the marketing/growth team to design creatives for lead generation campaigns (paid ads, email sequences, landing pages).
  • Optimize creatives based on performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversions).
  • Support A/B testing of visuals and messaging across campaigns.

5. Project & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand goals and translate them into effective designs and campaigns.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines, providing clear updates and delivering on time.
  • Bring new ideas, formats, and trends to keep our content fresh and competitive.

What You'll Bring

  • 13 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Social Media Specialist, or similar hybrid creative role.
  • Strong portfolio across digital design and social media creatives.
  • Hands-on skills with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects), Figma, or Canva.
  • Proven experience in video editing for social media (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, LinkedIn).
  • Good understanding of social media algorithms, content trends, and engagement tactics.
  • Basic knowledge of performance marketing / lead generation (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn ads is a plus).
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling, branding, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B / SaaS / tech / AI brands.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Comfort experimenting with new formats (carousels, interactive posts, UGC-style videos).
