About Java Sports:
Java Sports is a premium, high-performance D2C sports brand on a mission to deliver Cloud-like Comfort to athletes across India. As a tech-first startup, we are scaling fast with our production base in Patna. We are looking for someone who doesn't just design but understands how to build a world-class visual identity.
The Role:
As our Full-Time Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager, you will be the creative heartbeat of Java Sports. You will own our visual presence across all digital touchpointsfrom our Shopify store to our social media communities. This is a role for someone who is obsessed with premium aesthetics and eager to master AI-driven design.

Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Ownership: Maintain a consistent, premium visual language across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and our Website.
- Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule high-impact posts/stories/reels. Handle end-to-end uploading, captioning, and community engagement.
- E-commerce Design: Own the visual experience of our Shopify storedesigning high-converting hero banners, product landing pages, and seasonal discount assets.
- Premium Product Post-Production: Expertly edit raw product photography into Studio-quality assets that highlight our shoes technical details.
- AI-Driven Innovation: Collaborate directly with the CTO to implement cutting-edge AI models (Midjourney, Firefly, etc.) for futuristic and world-class marketing visuals.
- Marketing Collaterals: Create ads for Meta (FB/IG) that are optimized for high performance and brand recall.
Requirements:
- Expert Tools: Advanced mastery of Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator).
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to take a creative brief and turn it into a multi-platform campaign.
- AI Curiosity: Deep interest in learning and implementing AI tools for image generation and editing.
- Social Media Native: Up-to-date with current trends, algorithm changes, and aesthetic shifts in the D2C space.
- Accountability: High level of ownershipyou manage your own deadlines and delivery.
- Proximity: Ideally based in or near Patna to facilitate smooth coordination with the core leadership team.
