Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Bhubaneswar. The Graphic Designer will develop visual assets for digital and print channels, including marketing campaigns, social media, product brochures, presentations, and internal communications. Responsibilities include interpreting creative briefs, creating brand-consistent layouts and illustrations, and preparing production-ready files. The role also involves collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate business goals into clear visual concepts, while maintaining and evolving brand guidelines. The Graphic Designer will manage multiple design projects, adhere to deadlines, and contribute creative ideas that support the company's electric mobility mission.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in graphic design and visual communication, including layout, typography, color theory, and brand identity development.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and similar creative software.
- Experience creating marketing and promotional materials for digital and print, such as social media graphics, banners, brochures, and presentations.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visuals that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Solid time-management and project-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality, accurate, and consistent design outputs.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in automotive, mobility, technology, or sustainability-focused sectors is an advantage.
- A portfolio demonstrating a range of professional design work across digital and print media is required.
