About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2–4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SaaS products and the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling visual narratives that drive engagement and sales. You will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to craft high-impact designs that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand SaaS product offerings and translate features into engaging visual content.
• Design high-quality assets using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Create visually appealing and informative PowerPoint presentations tailored for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop creative concepts and execute designs for presentations, pitch decks, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.
• Apply principles of color theory, grid systems, iconography, hierarchy in design, and brand guidelines to all visual work.
• (A plus): Support video content creation using tools like Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Stay updated with design trends and apply best practices to enhance visual storytelling.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work across branding, digital assets, and presentations.
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for branding, conceptual diagrams, flyers, newsletters, social media designs, and internal engagement materials.
• Figma for web layouts including blogs, case studies, and product design.
• Microsoft PowerPoint for creating impactful pitch decks.
• Video editing tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro (a plus).
• Strong grasp of color theory, grid systems, iconography, design hierarchy, and brand guidelines.
• Ability to understand and visualize technical concepts in a user-friendly and engaging manner.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen sense of aesthetics.
• A mindset geared toward continuous learning and creative exploration.

Good to Have

• Experience working with marketing or product teams in a SaaS company.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Motion graphics or animation experience.
