Job Overview
We are searching for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of captivating visual content. As an integral part of our creative team, the successful candidate will be responsible for producing visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and enhance our overall visual communication strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop visually appealing designs for a range of materials, including brochures, presentations, internal communications, newsletters, banners, magazines, flyers, and thumbnails aligned to Simandhar Education brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency in design elements across various platforms, maintaining the organization's visual identity.
- Collaborate with team members to refine design concepts and deliver cohesive visual solutions.
- Uphold and reinforce brand guidelines in all design projects to maintain a cohesive and recognizable brand image.
- Participate in discussions on the evolution and enhancement of the company's visual brand language.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and delivery of high-quality work.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, meeting internal deadlines and surpassing expectations.
- Stay informed about design trends and industry best practices to contribute fresh and innovative ideas to projects.
- Develop concepts and execute original content, determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout with minimal supervision.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, showcasing a diverse portfolio of design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, layout, color theory, and typography.
- Knowledge of print and digital production processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and articulate design concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
