Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Varanasi. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts and designs for event branding, including logos, event themes, signage, digital creatives, and marketing collateral. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with event managers to understand client briefs, translating concepts into compelling graphics, and preparing print-ready and digital assets. The role involves working with in-house décor and production teams to ensure designs align with event aesthetics and technical specifications. The Graphic Designer will also manage multiple design projects, adhere to timelines, and iterate on feedback from stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Graphic Design skills, including proficiency in creating event-related visuals and layouts.
• Ability to develop logos and visual identities, with experience in Logo Design and Branding.
• Knowledge of Typography and layout principles for both print and digital formats.
• Experience working with graphics and design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or similar tools).
• Portfolio demonstrating creative, high-quality design work, preferably in events, advertising, or related fields.
• Ability to interpret briefs, take constructive feedback, and refine designs quickly.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline is preferred.
