What's the role

Designation: Design Expert/Graphic Designer

CTC: Up to 7 LPA

Annual Retention Bonus 10%. This is part of your CTC and released after you complete a year with us (Subject of course to you being on our payroll and not serving a notice period.)

City: Mumbai

Role & Responsibilities

Develop compelling designs, illustrations, and layouts for digital materials, including but not limited to marketing collateral, brochures, posters, banners, social media graphics, websites, logos, presentations, and advertisements.

Collaborate with other team members, such as Customer Success, Copywriters, and Art Directors, to understand project requirements and objectives.

Ensure consistency in visual branding elements across all materials, maintaining brand guidelines and standards.

Participate in developing and evolving the brand's visual identity, suggesting improvements and updates as needed.

Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques, incorporating new ideas and best practices into your work.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality work on time.

Maintain organized files and assets for easy access and future reference.

Work collaboratively with other designers, cross-functional teams, and clients to receive feedback and make necessary design revisions.

Be adaptable to different projects, ranging from small quick-turnaround tasks to large-scale, long-term projects.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in applied art or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Proven experience of 4+ years as a Visualizer/Graphic Designer in a creative agency.

Software Skills: Should have a good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Knowledge of animation would be an added advantage.

An impressive portfolio showcasing a range of design work and creativity.

Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and colour theory.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
