Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating visually appealing designs for various media, including social media posts, marketing materials, advertisements, and web graphics.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements and align them with the brand's vision.
- Work on layouts and designs for print and digital platforms, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Support in brainstorming and developing creative concepts for campaigns.
- Edit and refine designs based on feedback and project requirements.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Knowledge of Canva or Figma is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of typography, colour theory, and composition principles.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- A portfolio showcasing design work (required for application).
- 12 years of relevant work experience.
